Back of the card has handwritten note in fading black ink about the trip taking five days to get to the headquarters and having just arrived the pervious day. Addressed to "Miss Josephine Raupp; Arlington Heights, Ills." Postmarked May 7, 1918 from Brooklyn, Upton Branch. With a red two cent adhesive stamp in the upper right corner.
