I received your letter yesterday was very glad to hear from you. We had a nice rain down here Sat night that settled that dust once. We got windows in our mess hall today. We got back from the rifle range yesterday, that was some life. My back hurts yet from laying in the ground. There is no spring in them beds but still I got to mass Sunday. We had mass in a tent, the priest came out there from the camp.

We got two masses on Sun from now on. It sure went quick with misses Blocks.
