Printed marks include: "State of Illinois, Lake County, Town of Vernon, Office of Joseph Churchill Town Collector of Vernon". There are seven lines of property described and taxed. It is signed by Joseph Churchill, Collector. On the back it is handwritten in ink "Weidner, Jacob, Jr. $25.99" and "$30.00" in pencil.
