Tan rectangular paper receipt with black border. Payment receipt for $80 from Jacob Leikam to George Johnaebele[?] for insurance policy no. 2206 reimbursement of the Fred Deinlein barn fire on July 17, 1901. Dated in upper right corner: "Ela, Lake County, ILL., July 19, 1901." Black handwritten and printed text. reverse side has blue lines and Jacob Leikam's signature on short right edge.
