How to Donate
Donating items to the Raupp Museum is an easy process.
1. Call 847-850-2135 or email mmayne@bgparks.org with information about the items you would like to donate. Please include pictures.
2. The Museum Collections staff will look over the information and reach out to you if we think the items would be a good fit for our collection and we can care for them.
3. If your item(s) is selected you will need to deliver it to the Museum:

- Drop off during our regular business hours (M-Th 11am-4:30pm, Sunday 1-4pm). This is the preferred donation method.
- If you can't drop off, mail items to: The Raupp Museum, Alcott Center, 530 Bernard Drive, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089
4. When items are dropped off, you will be asked to fill out a Deed of Gift. This form transfers owernship of the items from you to the Museum.
Please note: We cannot accept items that are dropped off at the Museum when we are closed.
